Ergo’s founder and real estate broker Julian Hinson began as a mortgage banker in 2003. He decided to transition into construction and development and managed several condominium conversion and residential rehabilitation projects which led him into the world of real estate sales. Most recently, Julian and his team have advised various investors on commercial development ventures in both Philadelphia and New York City. The Ergo team plans to continue to serve its local and loyal residential and commercial clientele as well as provide innovative services and consulting to businesses and investors.
Additionally, Ergo’s founder is an expert negotiator, commercial financing broker, Licensed General and insured Contractor, has OSHa 30 Certification, completed USPAP appraisal studies, and is a Real Estate Broker licensed in NY, DE and PA.
Mr. Hinson’s enjoys life by spending time with his growing Family, performing bass, percussion and vocals as part founder of the an international live house music group, Worldtown Soundsystem, teaching Yoga, practicing Capoeira and the Culinary Arts.
